Matt and Gareth's Wedding at the ViewPoint hotel in York, Maine

Matt and Gareth were married in the most wild-spectacular-wedding-weather we have ever seen, at the ViewPoint Hotel in York, Maine. The day started out with blue skies and fluffy clouds. Matt and Gareth got ready with their friends and family (who set a record for most helpful and efficient wedding party!) with tears sitting right behind their eyes. The sun came out valiantly as the ceremony began. Matt and Gareth spoke heartfelt vows (not a dry eye in the house) against the backdrop of the stunning ocean, rocks, and the famous Nubble Lighthouse in the distance. After the ceremony, we took formal photos against stunning landscaping and the ocean. Throughout cocktail hour, guests enjoyed the lawn games, hammocks, and drinks as the cloud rolled in. Enter epic skies. Gareth and Matt were gracious with their time- ducking out to capture portraits across the variety of skies throughout the evening. Rain poured down, followed by 6 (yes 6!) incredible rainbows. Sunset resembled patterns of Aurora Borealis - one of the most spectacular wedding sunsets we have seen. Matt and Gareth shared their first dances, followed by the most tear jerking speeches of love, hardship, and acceptance, that we have ever heard. As we tried to rapidly dry our eyes, guests enjoyed a delicious meal. As soon as the band began, the dance floor was full of energy, incredible moves, and a lot of laughs- some of our favorite dancing photos ever. Matt and Gareth’s wedding was one for the books- and a day we will never forget. We hope you enjoy this highlight reel, congratulations Matt and Gareth! -Lauren & Crista

Taylor and Tom's Engagement Session at the Wadsworth Homestead in Geneseo, New York!

I met Taylor and Tom right before the New Year, on a sunny wintery day at The Wadsworth Homestead in Geneseo, New York, for their engagement session. Taylor and Tom were ready to jump right in and brave the cold air, as we explored the West Lawn. After a few minutes, their big white blanket came to the rescue to warm them up a bit. After a swing ride, we went back to the house to warm up and take some photos inside. Tom and Taylor were as sweet as could be, getting cozy inside and staying warm together outside. Luckily, we found some snow in the shade garden area, before visiting the horses and barns in the front. Taylor and Tom were a joy to work with, and we cannot wait to capture their wedding at the Homestead! Congratulations on your engagement, Tom and Taylor, we hope you enjoy this sneak peak!

Kerry Ann and Jason's Wedding at the BeechWood Chapel and Hotel

Kerry Ann and Jason got married at the BeechWood Chapel and Hotel in Worcester, Massachusetts on a sunny winter day. The BeechWood Chapel is a wonderful venue for a classic, winter wedding, as they have a chapel right in the hotel, on the same level as the cocktail hour room and reception space. Kerry Ann and Jason’s family filed in to the stunning stained glass lit chapel. The ceremony began with beautiful song, sung by all. After exchanging vows, Kerry Ann and Jason were congratulated by their families. The cocktail hour was full of laughter and photoshoots, including a brave one with Kerry Ann and Jason outside! Finally, the reception was highlighted with moving speeches, fantastic dancing, and love all around. Congratulations Kerry Ann and Jason, enjoy this sneak peak!

Astrid and Jeff's Wedding at the Wadsworth Homestead in Geneseo, New York!

Astrid and Jeff were married at the Wadsworth Homestead, a historic estate, in Geneseo NY. To start the day, Astrid and Jeff got ready with their respective parties, enjoying different wings of the Homestead. After a champagne toast, Astrid gave gifts to her bridal party, and donned her stunning beaded dress, with help from her mother. Jeff saw Astrid for the first time in her dress and crown in the Garden by the stone columns, which was a perfect compliment along with their many other classical throwbacks throughout the day. We captured quiet and romantic portraits throughout the gardens, before the festivities began. Next, Astrid and Jeff were married under the mighty Oak tree on the West Lawn. Their ceremony was touching, natural, and heartfelt, full of laughter. Afterwards, we explored the house for a few more portraits (we couldn’t help it- they looked so perfect in the house!). Astrid and Jeff arrived at the reception in style- Astrid wearing a custom leather jacket. After their first dance, the couple was serenaded by the funniest speeches we have ever heard! Their guests continued to impress, busting many a move on the dance floor. We took…yes…more portraits right as the sun touched the horizon, and into the stunning blue hour. The day was perfect, and Astrid and Jeff made it even better. Congratulations Astrid and Jeff, it was an honor and pleasure to capture your wedding day. Enjoy!

Carissa and Alex's Wedding in Wellfleet, MA

On either side of the cape, Alex and Carissa started the day getting ready with their groomsmen and bridesmaids. The sun was shining, and thin clouds were sprinkled across the sky. Once the final touches were complete, the whole wedding party met at the Wellfleet Boat Launch for the first look. Alex waited on the end of the dock while Carissa made her way to him, surrounded by gorgeous water, boats, and the classic teal columns. For wedding party portraits, we went on an adventurous hike on the Atlantic White Cedar Swamp Trail. Carissa and her sister led the way, and we were all blown away when we arrived at the mystical, and mossy photo location. Next, Carissa and Alex were married on the beaches of the Chequessett Yacht & Country Club. The views were stunning, with the ocean at low tide, boats resting on sand in the distance, and epic skies. The stunning ceremony was followed by a true New England lobster dinner prepared by Clambakes Etc. As the sun set, the skies got even more spectacular, as the beach was lit by a full moon. Our favorite part of the night was the first dance, where Alex and Carissa were so impressive, on it, and creative, that we got tears in our eyes behind the cameras. Their first dance was followed by a night of constant dancing and laughter, all topped off by a lantern release on the Cape Cod National Seashore. Congratulations Alex and Carissa, it was truly an honor to capture your spectacular day! Enjoy your sneak peak!
