Melissa and Brian were married on a sunny, stunning summer day in Buffalo, NY. We started the day at the Lofts on Pearl, in a beautiful, open brick room overlooking Pearl Street. Melissa got ready with her mom, grandmother, and bridal party in sun filled room. Melissa’s wedding gown was the perfect princess dress, and was complimented by the stunning pink bridesmaids dresses in various tones and styles. Once dresses were donned, the ladies went outside to meet their limo bus.
Melissa and Brian first saw each other at their beautiful church wedding at Watermark Wesleyan Church. Melissa’s dad walked her down the aisle, as Brian looked at her beaming. After exchanging their vows, Melissa and Brian took their first photos as husband and wife in the church.
Next up- a photo tour of Buffalo! We explored Wilkinson’s Point and Gallagher Pier, where we encountered stunning clouds and beautiful water. The wedding party braved the heat to capture stunning shots in the Tift Nature Preserve. Afterwards to cool off the party hustled to The Draft Room for a few pints! Right before the reception, we hopped out for a few romantic portraits by a beautiful flower mural in downtown Buffalo.
The reception took place at the Pearl St Grill & Brewery, where Brian and Melissa had a whole floor (and 3 ballrooms) to themselves and their guests. The decorations were modern, thoughtful, timeless, and beautiful- we were amazed at the number of details and special touches they had planned throughout the space. The rest of the day was loving and beautiful with emotional speeches, father-daughter, and mother-son dances. The couple also displayed their fun sense of humor, with a “Monster Mash” and a Oczepiny!
The day was stunning and we were honored to be a part of it. Congratulations on your wedding Melissa and Brian, and we hope you enjoy this preview!
